Incremental Revenue Streams
Royalty Participation
ACI is Identifying and negotiating royalty arrangements allowing project holders the right to use Port assets in exchange for a royalty payment. Royalties will be in many forms such as a percentage of gross revenues, percentage of profits or based on production outputs.
Equity Ownership
ACI will participate in projects by investing in their future success through conventional (Cash & in-kind) and non-conventional ways such as leveraging infrastructure and securing alternate sources of funding.
Procurement Management
ACI is creating a highly efficient and agile supply chain for tenants at the Port. ACI is seeking committed vendors and 3rd parties to become preferred vendors, which will support large projects and the operating needs of businesses at the Port of Argentia.
Property Leases and Rentals
ACI is seeking out opportunities to generate incremental occupancy revenue through the construction of new infrastructure including buildings and purpose built facilities.
